Are you interested in training with me to be a yoga asana and meditation teacher? The Veda Yoga Teacher Training Course is an exciting comprehensive yoga asana and meditation teacher training course comprised of online instructional material and assignments, allowing you the flexibility to study in the comfort of your own home and at times to suit your lifestyle. Personal tuition is also provided through online feedback on assignments, skype calls on request as well as on-line or face-to-face intensive workshops, and assessments of student teaching.
What is Veda Yoga Teacher Training?
Veda Yoga Poses are taught with an emphasis on health, safety and breathing. This course will give you an understanding of how to be careful in your own practice and how to impart this to others.
The practice and understanding of yoga meditation is also a strong component of this course with participants learning how to meditate and incorporate it into a class situation.
What will I do in the course?
The course includes asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation and yoga philosophy. There is a significant practical teaching component as well. As a Veda Yoga trained teacher you will develop skills for your own yoga practice and the knowledge and confidence to pass these on to your students in a way which is relevant to all levels of strength and flexibility.
What you will get from the course:
Successful completion of the course gives you a Level One Qualification, recognised by Yoga Australia, the national yoga regulatory body. The course focuses on more than fifty basic poses and techniques. The fundamental skills and techniques you will learn will enable you, not only to confidently teach those poses covered during the course, but more advanced poses as well.
