YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
What is special about Veda Yoga Teacher Training?
Veda Yoga Poses are taught with an emphasis on health, safety and breathing. This course will give you an understanding of how to be careful in your own practice and how to impart this to others according to their own special circumstances.
Unlike most Teacher Trainings the practice and understanding of Yoga Philosophy and meditation as taught in the ancient tradition of yoga is a strong component of this course with participants learning how to incorporate meditation into a class situation.
What will I do in the course?
The course includes asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, yoga philosophy and a strong component of anatomy which is relevant to yoga asanas. There is a significant practical teaching component as well.
What you will get from the course:
Successful completion of the course gives you a Level One Qualification, recognised by Yoga Australia, the national yoga regulatory body. The course focuses on more than fifty basic poses and techniques. The fundamental skills and techniques you will learn will enable you to succesfully plan classes according to the interest and needs of your students. and also enhance their heatlth and well being.

Breathe and Ease into Yoga
This DVD features 3 easy asana sequences, guided relaxation, yoga breathing, meditation and kirtan. Filmed on the beautiful coastline of the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales these three easy asana sequences take you through a variety of workouts to open and enliven all the major joints in your body. Start your practice with yoga breathing and end it with a soothing relaxation and a fun beach kirtan or mix and match according to your schedule.
